David and Kasey

So Mexico, it was kinda boring. FUN, but boring too. Our trip mostly went like this, fly there, get ripped off by some guy who wasn't really part of our hotel.... get there and swim in the pool for hours while drinking alcohol, repeat steps eat, drink, swim until we're ready to come home.

So, it was fun while we had things to do like the wedding and the two short trips we took to go shopping and snorkel, but other then that we just sat in the pool and drank. It was fun for the first day or two though. And, we met some AMAZING people! It wasn't too surprising that everyone just feel in love with Kasey. That's easy to do. Kasey is just the naturally super nice angelic handsome guy. The girls in our group were ALL OVER HIM.

If there is anything that we miss about Mexico... it was the endless flow of alcohol. One day, Kasey drank 7 Mango Margaritas in a row! When he got out of the pool he was stammering back to our room. It was really funny to watch. There was one waitress that we all just fell in love with. Her name was Ruth and she was pretty much taking care of our little group of drunkies. I loved being able to yell out "Ruth! Dos pina coladas por favor!" and have her walk them over to us.

Now I understand why slavery was such a big issue and why really rich people pay others to do stuff. It was so nice to be waited on. As much as we both hated being waited on, I think we both secretly miss it.

So thanks Mexico, it was a fun vacation, but we're really happy to be home.
